HOW TO EAT
THE french
CRÈME BRÛLÉE CINNAMON
- Preheat your oven on broil mode.
- Remove the aluminium lid & sprinkle the caramel pieces on top of the Crème Brûlée.
- Place the dessert on the top rack of the oven & bake for 90 seconds.
- Cool down for 2 minutes (in order to have a thin layer of crunchy caramel)
- Enjoy !
The dessert can also be caramelized with a small kitchen blowtorch. The french way of doing it, achieving the perfect caramel crust!
