Ingredients

Cream: Pasteurized cow’s milk cream, eggs, sugar, egg yolk, natural vanilla flavouring. Topping: caramel pieces (glucose syrup, sugar).

HOW TO EAT

THE french
CRÈME BRÛLÉE VANILLA

  1. Preheat your oven on broil mode.
  2. Remove the aluminium lid & sprinkle the caramel pieces on top of the Crème Brûlée.
  3. Place the dessert on the top rack of the oven & bake for 90 seconds.
  4. Cool down for 2 minutes (in order to have a thin layer of crunchy caramel)
  5. Enjoy !

 

The dessert can also be caramelized with a small kitchen blowtorch. The french way of doing it, achieving the perfect caramel crust!
